My personal journey into meditation, self discovery and healing has allowed me to strengthen and develop the natural gifts I was born with.

In 2018 I became a certified level 2 Reiki Practioner (Traditional Usui Reiki)
In my practice I explore avenues of energy work and intuitive guidance using crystals, sound bowls, tarot, breathwork and also movement. I often recieve messages before a client arrives through the gifts of clairvoyance and clairsentience.

The focus on energy healing is being open and trusting and having a faithful belief in the greater process that is unfolding.

For we are all just energy in our simplest form - body, mind and spirit.

Energy work is both subtle and powerful and is great for relaxation and connection to a higher awareness.

Energy work blends beautifully with massage and other holistic therapies to create a whole "body, mind and soul" experience.
