I offer an integrative tailored approach to suit each individual. Utilising my background as a massage therapist/body worker, reiki practitioner/energy worker and meditation teacher, I call upon this skill set to incorporate a connection with clients using a full holistic body, mind and soul approach. Education, communication and action empowers clients to take control of their lives on a conscious and deep subconscious level. This is where true change comes about! By helping and supporting clients to a place of recognition and awareness, I am able to guide them towards healing and strategies for achieving their goals in the real world. Online sessions are available from the comfort of your own home using Zoom or MS Teams.
